1. Introduction

By applying and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia who are at least 18 years old. We may grant access to people outside this territory at our discretion.  

3. Application Process

• Complete the 5-minute application form to show us why you’re Awesome Ambassador material.

• If accepted, you will receive an invite to our private Facebook group and be added to our ambassador email list.

4. Ambassador Activities

It is your right to choose which activites you want to participate in.  By taking part in any of the activites below you accept that Royal and Awesome can use your content for any marketing purposes. 

Activites include:

• Promoting Royal & Awesome products and initiatives.

• Share your activities and how we can make them more awesome.

• Facebook group for competitions, discussions, and giveaways.

• Sharing content for social media and other marketing purposes, either by tagging Royal and Awesome, or sharing directly with us via email for example.
• any other activies you undertaken on behalf of, or with Royal & Awesome.

5. Ambassador Benefits

As an Awesome Ambassador, you may receive:

• Free products of your choice if selected as Ambassador of the Month.

• Exclusive access to new designs.

• Freebies and prizes for charity days.

• Bulk discounts for big groups and teams.

• Freebies every time we use your picture or video in our marketing.

• Rewards for referring more Awesome Ambassadors.

• Paid for activities, such as group or individual golf days

Ambassador of the month will be chosen by a member of the Royal and Awesome team. 

We reserve the right to choose and define which benefits apply to individual Ambassadors.  

6. Content Usage

By submitting photos or videos or any other content to Royal & Awesome, you grant us the right to use them for marketing purposes in perpetuity.

7. Conduct

Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on Royal & Awesome. Any inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the program.

8. Liability

By being a Royal & Awesome Ambassador, you agree that Royal & Awesome is not responsible for any costs, damages, accidents, injuries or losses to your or anyone else that may arise from your participation in the program or from anything you share with us. 

9. Termination

You may leave the Ambassador program at any time. Please send notice to [email protected]. 

Royal & Awesome reserves the right to end your participation in the program at any time for any reason.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy (2.1 on main terms & conditions) for details on how we handle your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

Royal & Awesome may update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email or the Facebook group.
